So think of a majestic ball in 1661, people dancing the waltz to Strauss's Blue Danube, where one of the most famous kings in history is munching away sensationally on Crème Chantilly; then continue the reverie into the 21st century with Chantilly Chocolatier carrying on the tradition.
The first Chantilly boutique set off in Hamra, but the harsh war did not deter the Chantilly legacy. Their successful pralines assorted chocolates were then introduced to America in 1983, and were well received and appreciated.
In 1984, Chantilly Chocolatier sets up a vast confectionery in Cyprus that was considered then the most modern facility in the Middle East.
In 1990, returned to Lebanon, re-launching their shops.
And in 2006 Chantilly chocolatier merges with Le Chocolat in Dubai. with their new factory, they became one of the top chocolatiers in the Middle East, for premium confectionery, mixing tradition with state of the art technology.
