Rio City is an entertaining, stimulating and educational experience for guests of all ages.  While promoting a fun learning atmosphere, Rio City introduces teens and Tweens alike to real-life driving experiences, and helps them steer away from dangerous, reckless driving.
Furthermore, this unique facility will teach aspiring young drivers discipline and responsibility, develop their self-confidence and promote good citizenship.More than 35 percent of the public floor space is dedicated to educating students of all ages.

Through innovative technologies as well as interactive techniques, we are promoting an enjoyable educational experience for all our visitors.  Rio City also enhances tourism and provides local residents with a world-class entertainment attraction.

One of Rio City's major objectives is to be the leading facility for new drivers' edutainment, safety and awareness. Our goal is to develop Rio City's all over the world and to change the statistics of what has been the number one cause of death among teenagers - dangerous driving.
